The bottom of the machine tool blows dust on one side to the opposite side, forming a directional air pressure airflow, which disperses the dust and smoke during the laser cutting process to the dust extraction window on the opposite side. The dust extraction side is designed to be dynamically linked to the position of the laser cutting head. That is, the dust extraction window of the area cut by the laser cutting head is automatically opened, and the rest are closed, which is linked to the position of the cutting head in real time to achieve the effect of quickly extracting smoke and dust.
The advanced modular design concept divides the surrounding sheet metal and frame into four independent and complete module units.
